Shop Policies
Shipping & Turnaround Time:
All of the items in the shop are made to order. Turnaround time is approximately 3-4 days plus shipping time. I have a high standard of quality, and there is only one of me, so while I strive to get orders out as soon as possible, sometimes delays do happen. You will be contacted if your order is delayed. If you need an order by a certain date, send a message to sweetbeefelt@gmail.com with your order number, and I will do my best to get it to you in time.
All orders will ship via USPS. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number. I am not responsible for USPS delivery. Please contact them with your tracking number if you have not received your package. Replacements will not be given due to loss of package on behalf of the USPS.
Returns & Refunds:
At this time, I am not accepting returns or refunds on any products. All sales are final. Please contact me via sweetbeefelt@gmail.com before purchasing, if you have questions or concerns about a product. I will be more than happy to assist you!
Damages & Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately (within 3 days of receipt) if an item is damaged or for some reason you have received the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
